What is the monthly rent?
At Egelcraft, monthly site rent starts at $324 per month. Rent includes
cable, water, sewer, trash, snow removal, and access to the fitness center,
pool, and community center. Also, remember that community residents do not
pay property taxes. All property taxes are paid for by the community.

Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are welcomed at Egelcraft.
However, there is a $5 monthly convenience fee for each pet.

How much are late fees?
Rent not received by the 7th of the month is assessed a $30 late fee.

Do residents pay their own utilities?
Yes, just as with any other home owner, all your utilities are billed by the
provider directly to you. Utilities in the community are provided by Consumers
Energy.

Is the clubhouse free?
Of course! In addition to free access to the club house, which features
a lounge area, hot tub, and an exercise room, you
also enjoy access to a basketball court and playground.
